All of our stamp designs are original artwork created and copyrighted by Evelin T Designs under the United States and International copyright laws. Hence, Evelin T Designs’ stamps are for personal and non-commercial use only.
However, as our valued stampers, you are welcome to use our products to create any projects you would like, which can include selling or otherwise distributing these creations in limited quantities, provided you abide by the following guidelines:
- All stamp impressions/projects must be personally made by hand by the owner of the products being use and no mechanical or other form of reproduction is permitted, which includes but is not limited to photocopying, printing, tracing, scanning, digitizing, etc. Copying the designs by hand is also prohibited.
- Images may not be used in any form of electronic media, including the use of clip art on any computer. The distribution of Evelin T Designs’ products in electronic form is prohibited and is a violation of copyright.
- The Angel Policy of Evelin T Designs grants limited permission our customers to create handmade projects for sale. The quantities of handmade projects for sale are limited to 100 or less of an item per calendar year.
- Evelin T Designs’ products may only be used in the creation of original, handmade projects to be sold by the creator. The projects may not be sold to other parties or subsequent resale.
- Wherever possible, Evelin T Designs Trademarks and Copyrights should be displayed.
- People selling their handmade projects using Evelin T Designs’ products assume all liability for their work and agree to indemnify Evelin T Designs and its artist(s) from disputes arising from their work.
