We want our stamps to bring you JOY! We are proud of our product designs and on top of that, the joy and happiness it brings to our customers. All our products are made in the USA.

ALL orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days. But during release time, we get really busy and your order may take up to 7 days to be shipped. We strive to always ship our orders out as quickly as possible.

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped via USPS and USPS International First Class Mail. Shipping costs are determined by order value.
For orders within the US:
  • For orders up to $35.00, shipping is $4.50
  • For orders from $35.01 to $80.00, shipping is $5.99
  • For orders $80.01 and above, shipping is FREE!
For orders to Canada:
  • For orders up to $80.00, shipping is $10.99
  • For orders $80.01 and above, shipping is $17.99
For orders to other International destinations:
  • For orders up to $80.00, shipping is $14.99
  • For orders $80.01 and above, shipping is $24.99

For International orders, please note that your orders are subject to VAT and custom fees upon delivery. These fees are determined by customs officials and are the responsibility of the buyer. Your package will be marked with the proper customs documents with the actual value of the goods. We will not mark international orders as ‘gift’.

TAXES

8% sales tax will be applied to your order if your shipping destination is within the state of California and it will be reflected in your shopping cart. We will not charge tax for orders being shipped to any other state within USA or any other international destination.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If any of our products are defective, please email us at hello@evelintdesigns.net within 5 business days upon receiving your order with pictures of the defective goods. We will make arrangements to replace your order once the defective product is received by us and in the case of unavailability of your order products, a refund will be issued. We will not issue a refund if we have product in stock. We are also not to be responsible for the defective products should you fail to provide us proof of defect within 5 business days after receiving your order.

LOST/DAMAGED ORDER POLICY

Unfortunately, Evelin T Designs cannot be responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged once they have left our facility.

RETURNS

All sales are final and no returns or exchange is allowed.

INTERNATIONAL

Each country’s custom and tax authorities may delay shipment and/or impose VAT, taxes or other charges that are beyond the control of Evelin T Designs. Evelin T Designs therefore can not account for these delays or charges, and any related charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for the package once it has been shipped as order tracking is not available for International First Class Mail.
