VIDEO | Gift Tags feat. Floral Surprise + Positivi-Tea

I'm so excited to bring you this video combining the Floral Surprise and Positivi-Tea stamp sets! I came up with this idea during release week and I wanted to play with my Zig Clean Color Real Brush markers which have sat unused for too long.

I started by die cutting the tags and stamped part of the Floral Surprise image on the bottom right hand corner of each tag, using a different part of the image on both tags to show some variation.

I also stamped three images from Positivi-Tea that would be fussy cut and popped up with large glue dots. The Zig Clean Color Real Brush markers were so easy to use and I love their vibrancy! I will definitely play with them more. To finish, I layered the bristol tags on kraft cardstock, added black hemp cord and pearls.

Thanks so much for watching!

2020 Spring | Summer Coffee Lovers Blog Hop feat. Coffee Loving Critters

What's better than coffee? Cute critters drinking coffee! In fact, Evelin T Designs has a stamp set by that exact name that has recently been restocked - the adorable Coffee Loving Critters (also available at EH | SSS)! My card features the adorable kitty from that set, enjoying her latte in a pink mug with some catnip by her side. LOL

The sentiment is also from Coffee Loving Critters, the little plant is from All Hallow's Cuteness (also available at EH | SSS) and the banner is from Framed, a stamp and die set that Evelin designed for Winnie & Walter. Unfortunately, Winnie & Walter is no longer in business but you might be able to find a secondhand set somewhere out in the crafty universe.

To make this card, I used my MISTI stamping tool to stamp all the images. I created masks to protect all the images, stamping the kitty first, then the plant and finally the banner. I left the masks in place so I could ink blend the background with four Simon Hurley create inks. After blending, I splattered the background with water, white mist and shimmer mist.

I removed the masks and watercolored the images with Simon Hurley create ink refills and you can find the links to all the colours below. To finish the card, I embellished the top and bottom edges using the Essentials by Ellen Stitches Cover Plate and Stitching Lines dies. I also added enamel hearts from my stash and linked to alternates below.

Please visit my blog for a full supply list. I'm linking this card to the 2020 Spring | Summer Coffee Lovers Blog Hop and hope you'll play along.

Thanks so much for stopping by!

coffee + you = happiness

Hey, it's Amy and I'm super excited to share a couple of cards that I made with the Coffee Art set.

These cards are super tiny, 2.75 x 4.25.  I wanted them to be smaller to be able to let the design really take over.

Are you team coffee or tea?  I'm both.  I wanted to use that tea bag image so I just die cut a super old to go cup and embellished it with the stamp.

Did you know that there is such a thing as Coffee Singles packaged like a tea bag?  I picked up some  and will tuck in the card and send one each to each of my kids.

That's it for me, I hope you have an amazing week!

Smell the Coffee....

Hello sweet Evelin T. Designs friends. Annette Allen here with you today and I am sharing a card created using Evelin T. Designs: Coffee Loving Critters and Evergreen Foliage stamp sets

I used a stencil and Ranger oxide inks to create this fun background. You can really use any stencil you like to create a colorful filled background.

I stamped out these lovely leaves on some colorful card-stock. I fussy cut them and added them to my card using foam adhesives to give it a little dimension. Next I stamped this adorable cat drinking coffee and colored with Copic sketch markers. Finishing up with stamping the sentiment and cutting in half so I can add it on both sides of the image.

I added some Copic opaque, just because I love how it highlights the background a bit more.

That is all for today. Thanks for stopping by. Happy Evelin T. Designs stamping.

Home to Your Heart | Bible Journaling | Patricia

Hello Evelin T Friends!  I am still a non-essential employee and hoping work will be back soon.  But I feel like even though we are having to stay home, I feel like I'm maybe trying to go through the checklist of to-do's to make everything feel more normal.  So the other day I went and sat outside by myself and had some quiet time, and then came inside to do some journaling.  Even though I love Bible journaling, I tend to do more of it in devotionals like this one from Illustrated Faith.

I started by adding one of the leafy images from the Fun in the Snow stamp set all around in different directions using Staz-On ink, then I continued to add more from that stamp set as well as Coffee Art and Good Tidings to You.

For the stamping of 'choose,' I trimmed the 'choose coffee' sentiment from the Coffee Art stamp set to be able to create repetitive stamping.  This is more like art journaling as well, so it is playtime I needed plus quiet time.  I started playing with that heart swirl latte image from Coffee Art to give it a completely different look.  After the stamping was done, I added watercolors to the images and to the area to handwrite journaling.  Then I finished this off with adding stickers and die cuts.

Hope everyone is well and hopefully this inspires you to also have some quiet, creative time for yourself. <3

Wishing...

Hello Evelin T. Design Friends... Annette Allen here with you today and I am sharing a card created using the very cute Sneaky Kitties stamp set

This set is so fun to color. I used Copic sketch markers and added a little white gel pen here and there.

I love beach themed cards so I thought this was perfect for created such a card. It reminds me of Hawaii with all the leaves and then I used this fun die to add the palm trees. I fussy cut around the image to give it some dimension.

The background was created using Ranger oxide inks and a splashed a little water to get the texture. Finishing up with stamping this fun sentiment.

That is all for today.
Thanks for stopping by.

Memory Planner with Patricia

Hello Evelin T Design Friends.  I truly hope everyone is well during this time.  I hope creating cards, or just stamping and coloring is good therapy for you right now!  This difficult time we are going through reminds me of the difficult time of going through the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina.  That time period pushed me into my love of being crafty where my creative journey began.  So the difference from that circumstance to this one is I want to document it creatively, even though I do have to push myself to take photos ;)  This time has pushed me to go back to my Memory Planner love.  I will admit I gave it up because I could not keep up, but I realize how important it is to do.  Today, I'm using the Coffee Art stamp set to document the first week at home.

I first start by adding photos for each day, trimming cards and adding journaling, and then adding stamping.  In this case, I wanted to emphasize the coffee cups from the stamp set.  To me it really means home and even more so since coffee really helps to relax me and need it right now!

I didn't add any coloring to the stamped images.  I wanted to create a clean look to the spread and add embellishments to them.  One way I used the coffee cups the most was to do a partial stamping in the rectangles for the day.  Then for the sentiments from the stamp set, I added them to the rectangles and die cuts.

The 'Hallo There!' and 'Smile' are perfect for these spots above, and the leaf image from the set, frames the rectangle and the circle chipboard.

Once my days were filled in, I go back go the first page and add more journaling and stamping (kind of like my title).  Along with my die cuts and stamping the month, I added another coffee cup image from the stamp set and filled it with hearts!

Thank you for stopping by and prayers for health for everyone!
